Order Confirmation
- Your order will be confirmed within 24hrs – 48hrs by e-mail.
- All prices listed are in £GBP.
UK customers charges
- Free Delivery for all UK mainland deliveries.
This does not include the Highlands, Northern or Southern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, Ilse of Wight or Ilse of Man Non-UK customers charges / Export Restrictions
- Non-UK customers are welcome but not on-line.
- Our on-line business is restricted to UK mainland deliveries. No non-UK credit transactions will be accepted on line and no goods will be delivered outside of the UK, accept by verbal arrangement.
- Please call our customer care line only on 00 44 20 8786 9382 for verbal arrangements.
- Please do not order on-line but e-mail or phone your enquiry.
- Different non-credit card payment terms and delivery charges will apply.
- Gym Fitness Warehouse reserves the right to refuse transactions on non-UK deliveries.
Delivery Lead Times
- These vary from product to product.
- Typically from 2 – 5 days to 2 – 3 weeks.
- Delivery lead times are indicated on individual product pages.
Order Tracking
- All order tracking is done by e-mail enquiry only.
- Please e-mail the customer care at customercare@gymfitness.co.uk quoting your order reference number and the articles ordered.
Delivery Mode
- All items are by recorded delivery requiring a signature on arrival as proof of delivery, unless left unattended as requested by and at the risk of the customer.
- Some goods may be needed to be collected from local carrier depots if you were not present at delivery.
- Most items whilst occasionally heavy will only require a modest amount of manual reading and minor assembly.
- Please note that heavy items may require you gaining assistance on arrival.
You may be expected to assist the driver if requested.
- Our delivery terms are only door to door and do not include installation or arrangement within your home unless specified on your order.
Assemby & Installation
- Unless otherwise stated most items are delivery only and may include some minor assembly of parts in conjunction with the manufacturers operation manuals.
- Installation is subject to the manufacturers or distributors arrangements and is only included on larger high value items.
- Installation where included will include full assembly and operational testing.
- Installation can be charged as an additional surcharge and is subject to rates available from the info@gymfitness.co.uk e-mail address.
Delivery Returns
- Damaged, faulty or missing parts must be notified within 7 days of delivery.
- Damaged goods should be declined or accepted but recognised by writing on the consignment note.
- Returns are only admissible through the returns procedure otherwise refunds will automatically be defaulted.

Out of Stock
- Stock availability is not guaranteed and orders subject to alternative product(s), shipment delays or refunds at the full discretion of the customer. Substitutions are by consent.
Order items out of stock are rare.
- Normally our stock counter set at Zero will prevent any purchases proceeding. The nature of on-line business and / or human error may however prevent this safe-guard.
- In the event of a purchased item being out of stock we will contact you within 48 hours to advise you of the stock replenishment time, find you a suitable alternative or reimburse you.
Limited Stocks
- Items of limited stocks are stated only when the line is to be discontinued or there is a long delivery lead time.
Stock Counters
- We use stock counters for internal office use as well as for customer information purposes. These stock counters are NOT in real time and are indicative only.
