Refund Policy

• Our no quibble refund policy is a 7 days cooling off period providing written notice is received in this period.
• Refunds are subject to A1 condition and non-tampered packaging. All cartons must be unopened and in the original delivery condition.
• Your written notice is acceptable by confirmed fax or by recorded letter.
• Proof of receipt of your written notice to us is advisable by you. On delivery of your notice we will confirm our acceptance in writing or e-mail back to you as proof of receipt. We are more than happy for you to call or e-mail us on customercare@gymfitness.co.uk to request a written reply as proof of receipt of your intention to cancel your order and request a refund.
• Refunds also apply where the product is faulty or damaged in accordance with the manufacturers full warranties. Subject to inspection.
• Any refund is subject to safe and proper return and in accordance with our cancellations policy below. 
• Replacements for damaged, incorrect or non-working goods will be conducted expediantly and at our cost subject to stock availability and your agreement. Substitutes will be by consent.
• Refunds are less delivery charges incurred outwards and inwards.
  Whilst we quote free delivery - this is free only if you agree to keep the item - we do infact incur delivery costs outbound and inbound for returns. Theses costs will be deducted in the event of any cancellation or request for refund depending on individual circumstances. A 5% charge of the invoice value will also be made for inspection and making good the packaging where items have been opened and accepted for return. Note where items have been opended - legally we are not obliged to accept as a return and in this event we only do so at our goodwill. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
• In addition we reserve the right to apply a 5% cancellation charge on all orders either delivered inside the cooling off period and orders still being adminstered. This charge covers our costs of adminstration.

clothing returns & exchanges

• If the item/s do not fit, are inappropriate or you are not satisfied, please return them within 7 days to Gym Fitness Warehouse,    P O Box 474, Glenlyn House, Chester Fields, Epsom KT17 9AU and we will exchange the goods or refund you.
• Please enclose a copy of your original invoice and complete the Returns Form which would have been enclosed with your original parcel.
• The goods must be unworn, in their original packaging with the labels still attached.
• Please note that when returning goods the parcel is your responsibility until received by us, we therefore strongly recommend that you return the goods by registered post.
• Return Postage is at your cost. We will agree to meet the cost of the origial outbound postage cost where items are being exchanged only.
  

cancellations & returns policy

• Cancellations or returns are admissible for any reason within a 10 day cooling off period, but must be administered in writing to be effective.
• 7 Days is executed from the date of delivery.
• Such circumstances are subject to likely and possible carriage charges in leui of full refunds.
• Product cartons and packaging should be kept for a minimum of a 21 day window for return purposes and the onus is with the customer to re-package returned goods in the exact state of delivery for safe recollection.
• Goods returned NOT in original packaging, damaged or not in the original boxed format will NOT be subject to a refund.
• Authorised returns are by approved Return Authorisation Number (RAN) forms and must be accompanied with the returned or cancelled goods.
• RAN forms and actions are valid for 14 days thereafter the expiration invalidates the return procedure.
• Refunds will be processed and settled within a 30 day window from receipt of returned items.
• Refunds are subject to an outward and inward delivery charges incurred by Gym Fitness Warehouse at your cost.
  Please note that whilst delivery is quoted as free it is only free if you intend to keep the item and where therefore goods are kept and sold.
