order confirmation

Order confirmation is by e-mail within 24 – 48 hours.
Telephone verification of delivery details and identification will normally follow.
No contract of sale is formed with us until we verify by e-mail acceptance of your order in addition to your payment acceptance notice.
Gym Fitness Warehouse reserve the right of supply.
All goods remain the title & property of the Gym Fitness Warehouse until paid for in full.

pricing

The prices listed are in £GBP and include delivery & VAT.
VAT is applied to all items as stated except for food supplements.
The current VAT prevailing rate is 17.5%
The prices indicated on the Web and in your order confirmation include VAT.
These prices are valid for UK mainland only.
The effective price subject to errors and /or omissions is the one which is effective in your browser window at the point of purchase.

delivery details

Damaged, faulty or missing parts must be notified within 7 days of delivery.
Damaged goods should be declined or accepted but recognised by writing on the consignment note. Goods damaged in transit and signed for reserve the right to have a replacement part sent out at our discretion.
Returns are only admissible through the returns procedure otherwise refunds will automatically be defaulted. See our Refund Policy separate.

cancellations & returns

Cancellations or returns are admissible for any reason within a 7 day cooling off period, but must be administered in writing to be effective.
Your written notice is acceptable by confirmed fax or by recorded letter.
Proof of receipt of your written notice to us is advisable by you. On delivery of your notice we will confirm our acceptance in writing or e-mail back to you as proof of receipt. We are more than happy for you to call or e-mail us on info@gymfitness.co.uk to request a written reply as proof of receipt of your intention to cancel your order and request a refund.
Refunds also apply where the product is faulty or damaged in accordance with the manufacturers full warranties. Subject to inspection.
Some circumstances are subject to likely and possible carriage charges in leui of full refunds.
Refunds are subject to A1 condition and non-tampered packaging. All cartons must be unopened and in the original delivery condition.
Any refund is subject to safe and proper return and in accordance with our cancellations policy.
Replacements for damaged, incorrect or non-working goods will be conducted expediantly and at our cost subject to stock availability and your agreement. Substitutes will be by consent.
"Cooling Off" Refunds within the 7 day delivery window are less delivery charges incurred outwards and inwards.
Whilst we quote free delivery we do infact incur delivery costs
outbound and inbound for returns. Theses costs will be deducted in the event of any cancellation or request for refund. In addition we reserve the right to apply a 5% cancellation charge on all orders either delivered inside the cooling off period and orders still being adminstered. This charge covers our costs of adminstration.

payments & security

Payment personal and credit card details supplied are completely safe and secure on Gym Fitness Warehouse’s website.
Payments are accepted in advance of all goods being shipped.
Normal on line transactions allow only for debit or credit card payments only and by a secure third party provider with fraud protection services and encrypted protection codes to secure your personal and transaction data.
Off line orders are by order form and / or cheque payments or credit/debit cards. All cheques are cleared prior to a delivery window commencing.
We reserve the right to NOT process your payments or decline shipments and / or refund where funds are proved to be fraudulent.

warranties

Product warranties are issued by the manufacturer within the product cartons and are the responsibility of the manufacturer NOT the wholesaler.
Most warranties cover 1 year parts. Some warranties extend to parts & labour or even 2 years. Warranties are disclosed on the product pages of the website.

Gym Fitness Warehouse designates itself in law and under these terms and conditions as a wholesaler of domestic & light commercial fitness equipment.
We reserve the right to amend these terms & conditions without prior notice.
Terms and conditions are concurrent with those publicised on the website at the time of purchase only.
We accept no liability for any late, deferred or loss of supply of shipments, nor any losses, damage or or personal injury from the use of supplied equipment, excepting your consumer rights to a full and proper refund.
Claims against defect products should be entered in to with the manufacturer and NOT ourselves subject to our responsibilities as a wholesaler.
Our terms, conditions and rights of purchase , aswell as access and use of our site only apply to persons of legal responsible age.
